Fitness with Bootcamp Ireland

This video shows you exercises you can do at home or at your local park with a friend. We concentrate on anaerobic, aerobic, cardio work, toning, strengthening, conditioning, and LME – local muscular endurance.

The exercises include:

  • Abdominal Curl – working your abdominal muscles, using the lower back for stability
  • Back Extension – working your lower back muscles, using the tummy for stability
  • Lunge – working the back of your lower legs, the front of the upper legs and your bum, using the tummy and legs for stability
  • Squat – working the back of the lower legs, the front of the upper legs and your bum, using the lower back, tummy and legs for stability
  • Shoulder Tyre – working your shoulders and the front of the upper arms, using abs and lower back for stability
  • Knee Raises – working your heart, lungs and quads, increase pace to max for anaerobic effect
  • The Plank – working your core muscles and abdominal area
